Passionate about information technology and process optimisation, Valentin Hoyer leads a wide range of projects at Massat Consulting Group to guide international groups into a digitalised future. In 2020, he co-founded Massat Hoyer Consulting, a brand dedicated to providing its clients with professional advice on US sales tax. He helps clients organise, optimise and fully automate their sales tax practice and compliance work by leveraging cutting-edge technology.

The first French Certified Public Accountant to practice French-style accounting in the United States (1983), the first foreign Certified Public Accountant to open a direct office in Mexico (1994), a graduate of Toulouse Business School (1975) and also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in France (1980) and the United States (1987), Serge Massat is still active and continues to divide his time between Miami where he lives, Mexico City and New York.

A strong foundation in control theory from his aerospace engineering background enables him to design data-driven workflows that compress close cycles and surface the metrics that matter. Clients count on his precise numbers, pragmatic counsel, and personal approach, freeing them to focus on growth rather than spreadsheets.

Graduated from Toulouse Business School and driven by a desire to take on international challenges, Alexandra joined Massat Consulting Group in Miami in 2017. She supports small to mid-sized French companies in establishing and growing their presence in the United States, with a personalized, detail-oriented, and responsive approach, ensuring tax compliance and the efficient organization of operations on U.S. soil.

Graduating from a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance in France in 2011, Wendy has since developed comprehensive, cross-functional expertise in all areas of corporate finance. Her career path has taken him from auditing to chartered accountancy, via consulting in finance function transformation and management control, within a variety of business sectors, from small SMEs to major CAC 40 groups. Today, this diversity of experience enables him to bring a global and strategic vision of financial issues to the companies he supports.

Clarisse Comte specializes in cross-border accounting and tax for French entrepreneurs entering the US market, drawing on a French accounting degree and a decade of hands-on experience focused on French–US accounting and tax matters at firms in France and on both US coasts. She has led talent development and standardized methodologies—whether building internal teams or tailoring processes to meet clients’ needs—to ensure efficient, scalable tax compliance and strategic financial guidance. Known for her analytical mindset, detail-oriented approach, and collaborative spirit, Clarisse designs accounting and tax solutions that drive growth, mitigate risk, and simplify operations.

Since graduating with a B.S in accounting in 2019, Olivier has grown into a dynamic financial professional who blends his accounting expertise with novel technology approaches to make financial processes more efficient. His experience spans tax preparation, accounting services, and technology integration. With this, he quickly understands client’s unique challenges and creates solutions across diverse industries and across scales: from market research companies to hospitality firms and from local businesses to international corporations.
